- This contract is a Call-off from the Help 2 Live at Home Framework (Reference: AS24587) SRS is a short- term enablement domiciliary care service offering timely support for individuals who may have an eligible Care Act need. The service will support individuals within their own home through the provision of packages of personal care whilst individuals await an assessment under the Care Act (2014).
