- This is a contract award notice for the appointment of Balfour Beatty to carry out pre-contraction works on the University's Arts and Sports Bridges. Both bridges span an open railway line and as such a specialist, experienced contractor is required to manage the initial works and to plan the sequencing of any future main works in respect of the bridges.
